Deer Hill has a new four-legged staff member joining our ranks this year.
As many of you know, Deer Hill has a new four-legged staff member joining our ranks this year. In addition to our ongoing Reading Rovers program in partnership with Cohasset Working Dog Foundation, Hugo will be our resident comfort dog. At just over 5 months old, Hugo is still a puppy who is busy training and who needs regular naps. Therefore, this fall he'll be easing his way into the building with a few half days throughout the week and some light, well-structured interactions with students. If you have any questions or would like to opt out of your child's interactions with Hugo, please don't hesitate to contact me. To follow along with Hugo's adventures, you can follow his Instagram account: @hugo.dogberry
